- How to book a room or suite: you can do so via our website by clicking on: Book, in the Rooms and Suites menu or in the Book menu
- What means of payment are accepted: You can pay for your accommodation online by credit card. We accept cash and credit card for your payments on site. However, we do not accept checks.
- How to cancel my reservation: All reservations are guaranteed and validated after having read the general conditions of sale and entered your bank details. Whether for rooms, suites or total privatization of the house, cancellation is free up to 10 days before arrival. After this period, the entire stay and reserved products will be debited according to your bank information and are non-refundable.
- Is breakfast included in the price: For all reservations of our suites or rooms, breakfast is included.
- Is linen provided: All linen is provided for guest house and privatization reservations as well, your bed will be made before your arrival and bath towels (small and large) in your bathroom.
- At what time can I arrive at Maison Carpe Diem: The rooms and suites are available from 3:00 p.m. We thank you before your arrival to contact us this to better welcome you. Our rooms must be vacated before 11 a.m.
- Can we do these races on foot from our house: the answer is positive, in fact, you have a small store a few steps from our house and if not, 10 minutes on foot, you will find more important shops: , pharmacy, bakery
- Are smokers accepted: they are welcome, however, cigarettes are only accepted outside the house, for obvious reasons of comfort and safety. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke and vape inside the house. Ashtrays are available outside.
- Is the tourist tax to be added to the price of the stay: the answer is yes, the city is Andelys being subject to this tourist tax: it must be paid in addition to your stay. In 2022, it was €0.75 per night and per person aged 18 and over
